Craig has cooked under well-known Seattle chefs Barbara Figueroa, Chris Keff and Greg Atkinson as well as at the School for American Chefs under Chef Madeleine Kamman at Beringer Winery in Napa Valley. Kristina has created desserts for Chefs Kerry Sear, Thierry Rautureau and Chris Keff. She attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY for culinary arts and received her pastry training at the Four Seasons Olympic. She also owns Custom Cakes.Read More
